Quality of product is mostly governed by the skill, sincerity and devotion of this workforce since quality, as I believe, is an achievement and not an inheritance. Skill can be sharpened by technical sense, attitude, and training with strict work culture and discipline.
In the sense of huge industrial growth, expected in near future, there will be a need of such workforce without whom no industry can truly survive.
With a strong motivation and responsibility to fulfill a portion of such demand of trained workforce for the industry, Narayan Group of Institution has added yet another feather in the cap by introducing Narayan Industrial Training Centre. The vision of NITC is to empower by imparting vocational training with employability skills to provide trained manpower to industries.
The sole motto of this institute is to develop skill among the students of ordinary merit in various technical areas like, COPA, IT & ESM, and FT etc. with the guidance of the learned and committed instructors, NITC imparts training programs at its workshop having all requisite facilities. The students are trained to fulfil the incremental expectations of the Indian manufacturing sector in respect of quality and productivity so as to meet the competitive environment in the post-liberalization era.
The quality technical education with a professional attitude in NITC with adequate industrial exposure, to meet the needs of the modern industry, will facilitate the youth to improve their quality of life and to become dynamic, self-dependant and competent enough to earn their own living in a honest way.
